If you are looking for luxury villas, Kent Palm Nalukettu is a good choice. This is phase 2 of the "Nalukettu" villas offered by Kent Constructions. The general feedback about the builder gives them a 5-star rating. A lot of common amenities are offered in Kent Palm Nalukettu. The project is expected to be completed by end of year 2012.

This project was started last year and a lot of development is currently going on. Overall, it looks good. Modern amenities include Bar-B-Q grill, swimming pool, badminton court, fancy street lights, amphitheater, business center, yoga center, jogging track, childrens play area, basket ball court and so on. Overall, it looks a great project. One of the best advantages is the location. It is located within 2 km from the Smartcity and Infopark and is off the Seaport-Airport road giving easy access to other parts of the city.

Being a luxury villa project in Kakkanady, Kent Pal Nalukettu is bit expensive. The prices start at 1.30 crores and can go about 2 crores depending the plan you chose.

Kent has a good track record on villa and apartment projects, so we can expect the same quality for this project also.
