Sound city is a new project planned by Oscar award holder Rasool Pookutty.
The proposed Sound City project include recording studios, theatres, media school and many other facilities. 6.5 acres of land is identified near Kakkanad, Kochi for the sound city project. If everything works out as expected, this project will be materialized within 2 years.
The media school will have 10 students in each batch. 2 students will be given free admission and 2 others will get 50% discount on the tution.
Rasool Pookutty is seeking co operation of Kerala government. A draft of the project proposal will be submitted to the government within few days.
