Both sites are owned by the same person. So I guess the yoursmartkerala site is probably shutdown? Admin, leave a notice before you do this.

I had to abandon YourSmartKerala due to the large volume of uncontrollable spam going on there. I have decided to promote this site with a new code base which is much more manageable. I may bring up the YourSmartKerala again in future.
