HI ALL, "CHATTANE POTTAN CHADHICHAL POTTANE DAIVAM CHADIKKUM" CHATTAN--PEOPLE OF KERALA POTTAN-OOMMEN CHANDY OOMMEN CHANDY WAS UNABLE TO SIGN THE FINAL AGREEMENT AND ALSO HIS JUMBO-GOVERNMENT COLLAPSED LIKE INDIA'S SATELLITE.DURING HIS TWO-YEAR RULE ,HE WAS COLLECTING PETITIONS BY STANDING,SITTING and LYING.WITH THE SMART CITY HE THOUGHT HE CAN PASS THE SULTAN OF BRUNEI BY GETTING MONEY FOR THE DEAL OF SMART CITY . NOW ANYWAY,WE CAN ENJOY NEXT FIVE YEARS ATLEAST FOR NOT HEARING WORDS LIKE LAKHS AND CRORES EVERYDAY.IF SMART CITY NOT COMES ALSO NO PROBLEM.NO OTHER STATES IS HAVING SMART CITY.THEY GIVE ALL SUPPORT TO OTHER COMPANIES. SO OMMEN CHANDY NOW HAVE DIC(K) FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS.ATLEAST HE MANAGE WITH THEM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.BEST OF LUCK. ARUN.
