Bangalore ITPL Vs Kerala Smart City

    Dear friends ,

Here I want to put one of the success story of Karnataka ....

Government of Karnataka setup a three-way joint venture comprising a Singapore based consortium, the Tata Group and the Karnataka Government – ITPL ….It created thousands of job opportunity in Bangalore…..It is similar like how kerala government is planning to do with smart city[ Smart city plan is better than ITPL]...Here the only difference is Karnataka people realized the opportunity...but kerala people unnecessarily making voice against the project.

Please understand one more think in ITPL Government of Karnataka has only 6% stake while Kerala government has 9%.

    i accept your comments..............................
Karnataka did it at the right time.......... Just in the BOOM time....................
Now whats left? Only success stories for our references???????
Kerala should do this thing when there are companies ready to come to KERALA. Now its late yaar... They understood the political situation as well as the culture of Kerala people.
You should remember one thing "Time & tide waits for none". So now this attempt to buid a new city is realy a late action. Anyone can defend thsi by saying that "BETTER LATE THAN NEVER". But please "THINK BEFORE YOU LEAP". Reasons are explained here itself so many times.... Otherwise we may loss ourown land by this foollish movement.......... So please think before you leap.....

    Dear Malayalee Communist…

Who told you the opportunity is over…If you are not aware about the global IT market…please keep quite…As per the Nasscom. Survey only 3% of the IT revenue is coming to India.. There is a opportunity of remaining 97%...

Its the mindset of malayalees Communist who always do "deep analysis" to project the negative side. Everything is viewed with pessimistic mindset.... - it is the possession of selfishness and written from the feeling that, no others should do well other than "me"....

    Hi,

Now Ascendas, a Singapore based consotium(http://www.ascendas.com), acquires Tata's 47% of stake in International Tech Park, Bangalore. Now they own more than 94% of ITPL. Karnataka Govt has only 6%.

Good Information. I was wondering about the karnataka government's stake in ITPL Bangalore.

Can we get this news published in any of our leading Malayalam Dailys, because now one of the main reason why Achumaman and gang is opposing smart city is because of the 9% stake that the Gok will have. They are misleading people using this stake issue and common people have doubt about this.

I'm pisssed off with this dirty politics.

I don't know when our Achumama will see this all!!!!

Achumama will not only realize all these facts but also will ensure the success of smart city the moment his son is made the Managing Director. I think Smart city is going to be successful since CPM will not oppose it once in power.
