This thread is to discuss the opinion poll topic 'With harassment of women on the rise in a traditional and educated state like Kerala, do we blame the men because they are explicit or do we blame the women because they are provocative?' In today's world this issue is a delicate and sensitive topic. There could be so many reasons, which could lead to this. But do we once think what a sorry picture of society we put up with our behavior? I suppose we don't. Please feel free to express your views on this. Let us all pool in our resources to discuss what could go wrong where and how we could tackle and handle this situation to make it a better and safe place for our children tomorrow.

I agree that Kerala is not so friendly to women dressed up a bit, which would be considered as provocative by many here. Not just the men to be blamed but you can see both men and women are involved in many sex scams here.
