How points earned on yoursmartcity makes money

points are given on yoursmartcity for contributing to various sections.But what these points means in making money,how and when. Are these points gives any another non monetarily benefits.I don't have a clear picture about this. I feel that there should be more details about points because this points are measure of one's contribution

I myself got the answer from help section.Points and credits are not same things. All points does not lead to cash credit but all cash credit will lead to some points. cash credit is solely given to the posts which are supposed to be helpful in increasing traffic to this site but points are given with the view on the quality of post however points determines the membership level,any member accumulating 100 points becomes silver member and after attaining 100 points one becomes gold member subject to few other simple conditions

Where is the help section? I have written 3 consecutive posts in the forum asking for permission to start making posts in the various sections of this portal. I am still waiting for an answer. Whom do I approach in such a case? Please advise on this if you can.
