Advice to those investing around Cochin International Airport

This is the right time to invest in property around CIAL but one should consider few facts if the investment is for a residential or commercial property.There are many
builders coming up with Villa projects on the eastern side of the Airport like Kalady and MC road.If you are looking for a calm place to live then think again the air traffic at CIAL and all the takeoff and landing are towards east direction and one hear the noise of Airplane 24 hrs.This is the reason the Golf course was built up on the western side which is noise free calm place.The right place to invest for a residential place around CIAL would be close to NH47 for example Athani,Kariyad,Chengamanad or Aluva Angamaly.

Thanks for your advice.I did a survey last week and what you have mentioned is correct with the air traffic noise also the eastern sector of the Airport near to Kalady Sanskrit University the chances are high for government acquiring the land also its under SEZ and i also think this is not right place for residential investment,for residential investment the best choice would be the other side of NH47 which has direct link to Cochin.

Also Parsvnath Developers coming up with an IT park near Chengamanad not far from CIAL
