Specifications for the Devas Villas project
Flooring is of vitrified tiles for drawing and living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Granite slab for the sit out and wooden flooring for the master bedroom.
Kitchen counter will have granite countertop and 1 1/2 bowl single drain sink as well as ceramic tiles will be provided above the counter for a height of 5 feet.
Toilets will be of superior quality cornice tile upto the false ceiling and non skid superior ceramic tiles will be used for the floor. Concealed piping and premium quality ( Jaguar / Cera ) fixtures will be used. Hot and cold water mixture taps except for the servant's toilet , hot water provision for the kitchen sink sanitary fixtures will be used.
Entrance door will be of Teak wood, elegant hard core for the bedrooms, kitchen and the toilets, UPUC windows and ventilators. For painting putty and plastic emulsion will be used for the internal walls, putty and emulsion for the celing, premium exterior emulsion for the external walls.
Electrical and telephone / TV points will be provided. Concealed conduit wiring with copper conductor , adequate lighting and fans, 6/16 amps socket etc , provision for AC's in all the bedrooms will be provided. telephone points will be there at living and the master bedroom. TV point in living and also in the master bedroom.
Generator back up points are also provided for fans and light in all rooms. Individual sump and overhead tanks will be provided for each villa separately.
Other features like Security, private garden, Individual gates, and picket fencing will be provided for each villa. Well lit and wide tarred internal road with drain facilities, landscaped garden and Children play area are also there.
You can have feasible additions or alterations in fixtures and finishers at extra cost. Customization of the villas and the interior decorations will be done at extra cost.
