Rent a car facilities with Great Indian Vacations Aluva
They have self driven and Chauffeur driven cars with varying capacities like 4 persons in Indica to Coaches with 11 and 14 persons.
The terms and conditions concerned with the self driven cars
When you hire a car from them you will have to borne the fuel charges. The car will be given to you with a full tank of fuel and you have to do the same when you return the car after use.
You should return the car from where you took it, that is the rental location. Pick up or Drop can be arranged on request.
You should be at least 25 years old and should have a valid driving license for at least 2 years with no endorsement. If you are not an Indian, you have to have to have a valid international license.
You should carry a valid identification document, like a passport, with you.
You will be responsible for all the expenses incase of an accident / damage / scratch to the car or theft of the accessories inthe car. The other conditions will be as per the rental agreement.
You will be responsible for the daily upkeep , police challans, interstate taxes if needed, minor maintenance, offense or misuse of the car.
The car should not be used for illegal activities, for teaching purposes etc.
Terms and conditions for the chauffeur Driven cars
Mileage andd time are noted from garage to garage
Interstate taxes, permit fee, parking fee, toll tax etc shall be paid by the hirer of the car.
50% extra should be paid for normal, hill terrain running of the car.
Night charges applicable between 12 am to 5 am
Minimum average running of 200 kilometers to be charged for outstation usage.
Service tax as applicable would be charged extra.
Types of cars available for rental purposes
Indica AC and Non AC, Indigo, Toyota Qualis AC and Non Ac, Innova AC and Non AC, Tempo Traveller AC and Non AC, Mini coach AC and Non AC, Large Coach Ac and Non Ac are the types of vehicles available for rental purposes. the rates start from Rs 1400 per dayto 7000 per day according to the car or Coach hired.
