Regent Square is a new villa project of the Meridian Homes, located within the easy reach of the city. This project is getting ready at a prime residential locality of Maradu with 11 independent villas and a club house which meets international standards.

Superstructure Concrete block masonry, load bearing walls with RCC slab
For the Flooring vitrified tiles for the entire villa staircase with Granite.

Putty finished ceiling in living and dining with OBD finish and cement paint for rest of the ceiling.
Cable TV Cable TV connection in living room and family room (or master bedroom)
Water Supply KWA water through sump and over head tank.
Security All round compound wall with 24 hrs security with intercom provision for closed circuit TV.

Feasible additions and alterations in fixtures and internal finishes at an extra cost.
Builder reserve the right to make changes in specification if required.
