Floor Plans of the Jewel Green Courtyard
There are 5 types of plans A,B,C,D and E are available.
Type A Villas have 3 bedrooms, Living,Dining etc with no Car Porch. Only a sitout is provided. The total area available is 1100 sq ft
Type B Villas have a total area of 1350 sq ft with 4 Bed rooms, Living, Dining and Kitchen, two bedrooms in the groundfloor and two bedrooms in the first floor, with a car porch.
Type C Villas have 1600 sq ft with 4 Bed rooms, Living, Dining and Kitchen, two bedrooms in the groundfloor and two bedrooms in the first floor, with a car porch.
Type D Villas have 2000 sq ft with 4 large bedrooms, Living, Dining and Kitchen, two bedrooms in the groundfloor and two bedrooms in the first floor, with a car porch.
Type E Villas have 2300 sq ft with larger rooms and a a double car porch the plan otherwise similar to the other BCand D villas.
Specifications of the jewel Green Courtyard Villas
Hardwood front door, paneled internal doors with hard wood frames are being planned for doors and Hard wood frames with M.S grills and glass panes for the windows
Vitrified tiles will be used for entire area except bathrooms. Anti-skid Ceramic tiles and Designer tiles are used for Bathrooms and Porch. .
You can have an ideally designed kitchen with granite worktop and stainless steel sink along with a drain board in place.
Glazed tiles will be provided above the worktop / platform to a height of 60cm. electrical points for Washing Machine and Refrigerator are provided in the kitchen.
Telephone, TV line & Internet provision in Drawing and Master bedroom.
In the toilets and bathrooms walls Ceramic glazed tiles will be provided up to 6 feet and concealed plumbing with PVC pipes.
Geyser space with power and water connection points and Exhaust fan provision in Master Bedroom, colored wash basin, European closets (cera or equivalent). Chromium plated taps and shower fittings (marc or equivalent) are also being provided.
Drinking water from KWA line in Kitchen. Round the clock water supply through sump and overhead tanks with Water drawn from well for all other purposes.
