Confident Atik III is located in Pukkattupally also known as Upper Kakkanad and comes with the richness that is classy and subtle mastery. The Kochi Airport at Nedumbassery is just 20 kilometers away from Upper Kakkanad.

Specifications for all the villas
Painting Internal and External - Two coat of putty would be applied over one coat of primer followed by two coats of premium emulsion (Roller Finish) plus Weathercoat painting for the externals.
Switches - Modular(or) Equivalent(points as per Confident Drawing). Extra points would be charged. Doors will gbe of good quality polished, wooden frame section with Moulded Skin Door. Internal Doors will be of good quality wooden frame but painted.

Vitrified Tiles (24" X 24") for Living,Dining Room and Bed Rooms
Kitchen and toilet flooring with ceramic tiles
Paver Blocks for Car Parking Area
Staircase step – Granite for Risers and Treads
First Floor terrace/balcony with clay tiles
Roof Terrace with Clay Tile Flooring
Water supply will be supplied from the captive well and individual over head tank will be provided. bath tub will be provided only in the attached bathroom of the master bedroom.
20mm thick Granite slabs for cooking platform with Futura/equivalent Stainless Steel Sink with Drain board will be provided in the kitchen as the cooking platform.
Barbecue with Washroom on Terrace Floor is also provided as an extra feature for the Platinum Orchid Villas.
