M/s Harit Havens Private Limited is a company managed by a group of Engineers having expertise in Design, Engineering, Construction, and Operation & Maintenance in various fields of engineering. They even offer their services to look after your house , if you are neither occupying not renting it.
Villas are of minimum 3000 sq ft built-up area within 10 cents (4500 sq ft) of land. Depending upon the availability customers can choose bigger size plots up to a maximum of 15 cents. They can also plan a tailor made payment plan to suit each and every customeras per their needs.
M/s Harit Havens Private Limited give you all services including housekeeping, electrical and plumbing work, payment of bills like electricity and taxes etc, cleaning the garden and watering the plants etc. So you will not have any problem if youplan to buy a plot from them and build there.
Design your own Villa
They are even ready to build houses for your design or plan with Security and stability being the main criteria, which are considered in the construction of each villa.
Emerald Hills is a spacious villa in an exclusive neighbourhood is waiting for you and your family. This area has spectacular views, a lake in the middle, tropical greenery with varieties of fruit trees. You even have a club house where you will find a restaurant, conference hall, guest room, party rooms, fitness and health centers, indoor swimming pool and tennis court.
This is a gated community in the sense that you are safe from the unauthorized entry by non-residents within the enclosed walls and a gate with a security guard.
Specifications
The foundation would be partly traditional and partly RCC with Earthquake resistant structures.
Modular type of switches will be provided. Reputed make electrical fittings or fixtures will be provided.
Bell push at the entrance, 3 phase power supply with concealed copper wiring (Finolex or equivalent), PVC conduits, Havel's Crabtree switches or equivalent.
Common sewage treatment plant shall be provided for the project.
Individual water filter will be provided in the kitchen
Solar water heater will be provided.
Pipeline works for the disposal of waste water.
Cast iron grills with RCC top rails to balcony.
Dadoing in toilets would be provided with ordinary colour glazed tiles upto a height of 2.1m. The toilet CP fittings would be Jacquar or equivalent. Ordinary colour first quality European water closet (Cascade Model) and wash counters with polished granite and round wash basins will be provided.
A jogging track with a width of 2 meters and about 1.2 Kilo meters long along the boundary for the customers to go for a walk or jog.
Payment terms as per contract
On Booking: INR 5,00,000.00
Finalization of Design & Signing of agreement: 25% of the total Cost+ Cost of extra Land + Statutory charges less Booking Amount
On completion of Plinth :15 % of the total Cost + Statutory charges
On Completion of Brick work upto Lintel :15 % of the total Cost + Statutory charges
On Completion of Ground Floor Slab: 15 % of the total Cost + Statutory charges
On Completion of First Floor Slab: 15 % of the total Cost + Statutory charges
On Completion of Entire : 10 % of the total Cost + Statutory charges
On Completion of Entire Flooring: 5 % of the total Cost + Statutory charges
Handing Over: Balance of the Total Cost + Statutory charges + Balance Payments
